We take pride in customer satisfaction at JEGS SunJunkies ,In the event you receive defective or incorrect item, please email us at jegspaper@gmail.com with your order number, photos and/or videos to better resolve the issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
All exchanges must be done within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. ALL exchanges must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
